1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites and web applications operated by Anamedi GmbH at anamedi.com, app.anamedi.com, anamedi-agents.com (the “Sites”). By using the Sites you agree to these Terms.
2. Who may use the Sites
The Sites are intended for adults acting in a professional capacity (for example hospital staff, partners, and investors). If you use the Sites on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
3. No medical or legal advice
Content on the Sites, including demo recordings, describes product capabilities for discussion purposes only. Nothing on the Sites is medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for your hospital's own compliance review, clinical governance, or informed consent processes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Sites without our written consent;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
- use the Sites to distribute malware, excessive automated traffic, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights;
- misrepresent your affiliation with Anamedi or any hospital.
5. Third-party services and links
The Sites may link or refer to third-party services (for example scheduling, professional networks, or video hosting). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Anamedi or its licensors own the Sites and their content. You receive a limited, revocable licence to view and download content for your internal evaluation of Anamedi. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
7. Demo content
Demo videos and examples illustrate possible user experiences. Production deployments use hospital-approved content and workflows. See also our Privacy policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Sites are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not permitted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anamedi GmbH and its directors and employees are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Sites. For direct damages, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms and use of the Sites is limited to the greater of CHF 100 or any mandatory minimum under non-waivable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Sites and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and the Sites is the courts at the registered seat of Anamedi GmbH in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules that cannot be contractually waived.
